WooHoo! 3 days and 4 lbs gone! I know it's just water weight, but it feels good all the same.
Day 3 menu was:
B - 2 hb eggs
S - cucumber slices dipped in ranch dressing
L - 2 cups salad, 1 tb dressing, more leftover pork
D - 2 sausages with 1 tb dill relish, 1 cup cauliflower w/2 tb cream cheese and 1 oz cheddar
S - 2 cream cheese muffins and 3 coconut bark candies
I find I have more energy today, and that darn headache is finally gone. I love low-carbing!
I'm not looking forward to the weekend again. That's my normal "cheat" time. I'm hoping this weekend will be different. Tonight is pizza night, so I'll come up with a LC version for myself while they eat take-out.
